When you receive your hardware, simply activate it once and place it in your vaccine fridge. From that point on, the Galileo device will cross-reference two super-accurate digital temperature sensors and send regular reports of your vaccine storage temperature record to the galileo website using the mobile phone network. If there are any problems and your temperature drifts out of range, then we will notice and send you out a replacement device straight away.

You can expect to enjoy trouble free vaccine monitoring for years to come. If there’s a problem with the Galileo device and it needs to be replaced, we send you another with return postage included.

Unfortunately Galileo will only work if there is some phone coverage. If you subscribe to the service and then find that there is not enough signal in your fridge for the Galileo to operate successfully then simply return your device and we will refund your subscription.
Absolutely not! You simply place the small Galileo device in your vaccine fridge. There is no need for a power source as it operates from internal batteries. The batteries should last for several years but this is not your problem. If we detect that the battery is getting low then we will send you a replacement device with a postage paid pack to return the old one. Easy!
No. There is no software to install. You will have access to a simple website to enter the phone numbers and email addresses of the people who will receive alarms. We take care of your data logs and ensure that they are backed up each day. Eliminate costly internal processes from your clinic!
Delivery should take less than 3 working days to most places in Australia.
You can select up to 3 phone numbers that will receive an SMS text message the moment your fridge temperature goes outside the acceptable range of 2 to 8 Degrees Celsius. You can select up to 10 email addresses that will also receive an email.
